Easy domestic USA returns & exchanges with Lola Miller

  1. Go to Lola Millers' Return Center and input the email used for placing your order.
  2. Check your email inbox to get your return authorization. 
  3. In the Lola Miller Return email, click on the "Start a Return" button.

We gladly accept returns & exchanges.  Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of online purchase. We can only exchange/return products purchased from our website. Purchases from the website must be returned with the original box. If you are making an exchange, exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise; any returned merchandise that is deemed unsellable after careful inspection will receive a partial refund of up to 50%. 

Once we have resolved your return or exchange request you will be notified via email of notification if your return/exchange is eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement. You will receive a free return shipping label (the USA only). We do not reimburse any duty/brokerage charges for international orders. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your billing statement.
