Ordering information

How do I place an order on your website?

Add product to your cart. 
When you're ready to checkout, confirm your order details. 
Enter your billing and shipping information, and specify the type of shipping for your order. 
Re-confirm your order. 
That's it, you're done!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

Does Lola Miller  ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Sorry, not at this time.

How much do shipping and handling cost?

All orders include FREE Standard Shipping in the continental USA.

Shipping for international orders is calculated at checkout. Here the details:

  • Australia / New Zealand from $12.99 excluding duties
  • North America (Canada, Mexico) from $12.99 excluding duties
  • Rest of World Standard international shipping from $24.99 excluding duties

If any shipping charges are applicable they will be automatically calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the number of items purchased, where your order is being shipped and the type of shipping chosen. Please review the order total before confirming your purchase. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

In most cases, your order will ship the following business day Monday-Friday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your USPS tracking number via e-mail. Please allow up to 5 to 9 business days for domestic orders to arrive and up to 25 days for international orders.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, but if you send an immediate email to support@lolamiller.com we might be able to make the change for you, but we can’t guarantee it.

What is your exchange/return policy?

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your viscata.com purchase, we will gladly accept a request for a return or exchange of your product within 30 days of purchase. Purchases from the website must be returned with the original box. If you are making an exchange, exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value. Should you have any questions regarding international shipments, damaged items or any other concern/question please contact us at support@viscata.com.

Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise; any returned merchandise that is deemed unsellable after careful inspection will receive a partial refund of up to 50%. Return shipping is free in the continental United States, you will receive a shipping label from our Returns Center

How do I exchange/return my shoes?

1. Go to Lola Millers's Return Center and input the email used for placing your order.

2. Check your email inbox to get your return authorization. 


3. In the Lola Miller Return, email click on the "Start a Return" button.


It’s that easy! 

IMPORTANT: Please note that you will need to process one return request for every return label.

Once approved and the merchandise has been received, we will credit the credit card used for the purchase. We do not reimburse any duty/brokerage charges for international orders. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

How do I return my shoes from Australia? 

Please contact our Customer Support team at support@lolamiller.com, we will send you details of our returns center located in Victoria, Australia. 

What if I was shipped the wrong item(s)?

Please e-mail us at support@lolamiller.com with the problem and we will be happy to correct our mistake. 

Sizing

Do Lola Miller shoes fit true to size?

Yes, we fit true to size, and manufacture to European sizing

Please try your pair on a carpeted surface to keep them as clean as possible until you know they are the correct size. We do not accept returns or size exchanges on shoes that show wear or use.

In what widths are Lola Miller shoes available?

Lola Miller shoes are available in medium width.

International ordering

Can I order from your website if I live outside of the U.S.?

I forgot my login ID and/or password.

Select "forgot password" in the account login. Enter the e-mail address registered for your Lola Miller account on our website and a link to reset your password will be e-mailed to you.

How do I clean my shoes?

Hand wash them in cold water with a gentle detergent and let them air dry. They will mold to your feet again after some use.

Retailers

Where can I find a retailer that carries Lola Miller shoes?

Viscata shoes are not available on the high street directly.

Manufacturing

All our shoes are manufactured in Spain, Italy, and/or Portugal and are all handcrafted by artisans.
